In order to respond to the Jingsh headquarters’ operation and management concepts to cultivate high-quality legal service teams and build a market-oriented Jingsh Law Firm, a three-day executive training was held in Beijing for the firm to create a “Jingsh brand” with high-quality and efficient legal services, which aims to provide excellent services to customers.

Eight executives from Xi’an, Weifang, Qinhuangdao and Shenzhen were trained at the headquarters of Jingsh.

Create the “Jingsh” brand

Jingsh aims to become a Chinese partnership of legal affairs integrating traditional and new management modes. Since the establishment, Jingsh Xi’an has been dedicated to the construction of a legal service system, fully promoting legal practice activities, and has always adhered to the “lawyer-based” philosophy of the headquarters to build a lawyer’s ecosystem without cost.

A series of in-depth studies and discussions of the training in Beijing make the future development of Jingsh Xi’an clear under the new situation. Through conscientiously implementation of the development policy of the headquarters, unity of thinking, clarification of tasks and firm practice, the construction of leading organizations in various departments has been strengthened, and the spirit of “Jingsh” brand has been conveyed to them. In addition, learning from the former experience, the goal of realizing an excellent development and optimizing teamwork has been set up as the core work in the future.

Promote “Jingsh” culture

In order to promote “Jingsh” culture, led by the lawyer in the headquarters, the delegation of Jingsh Xi’an visited the culture corridor for Party construction, the quadrangle, the moot court, the one-stop service hall and other distinctive areas of Jingsh Law Firm. Meanwhile, the leading lawyer made a brief introduction to the large-scale development philosophy of professionalization, branding, internationalization and e-commerce.

 

Meeting review

 

The three-day training organized by the headquarters for the administrative staffs aims to strengthen their construction of the administrative team. The rich coverage of the training improved our professional ability and broadened our horizon, laying a solid foundation for future work.

The clear distribution and the sound and meticulous rules of the headquarters impressed me deeply. The regulations are humanized and comprehensive but not formalized. Except the hardware or nice services, Jingsh Law Firm has offered more.

Meanwhile, I am honored to get acquainted with lots of colleagues from Qinhuangdao, Weifang and Shenzhen branches during the training, which allows me to acquire knowledge and strengthen the connection with other branches.

Here, I would also like express my gratitude to all of the administrative staffs for their hospitality and the patient explanation of the training teachers which benefited us a lot.

In the future, I will learn from the successful experience of the headquarters and take the staffs of Jingsh Law Firm as examples to continue to make progress.

Based on the existing rules and regulations of the headquarters and actual situation, a set of rules and regulations in line with Jingsh Xi’an is formulated.

The executive training from operation to non-operation meets the requirements of the firm. From the reality of the law firm, with the aim of promoting the development of the firm, we focus on meeting the needs of each lawyer’s work, solving the problems of the law firm, and further improving the administrative service of the law firm.

All in all, we should be a risk control person who is in his position, do the duty, and show the ability. Make the responsibilities clear, and be united. Always remember that “only if you are responsible for the cause of others, others will respect your work and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself.”

Systematical studying and optimizing the department

The three-day training has ended and I have learnt a lot. As a platform for the cultural promotion of the law firm, the Culture and Brand Department is all related to the overall image of the law firm. Personally, there are three points as follows for the Culture and Brand Department to build a good platform for external publicity:

First, clear division of labor. The division of professional work in the department should be directly proportional with the work efficiency. The division of the headquarters is detailed and perfect, which is conductive to build an efficient team. Second, improved system. Each department needs to create a set of regulations and office processes to facilitate post-communication and management. Third, versatile staff. They should be able to write severe and detailed news as well as soft texts for the promotion of the law firm. Only diversified development can make progress.

It is rare and commendable to insist on learning, Jingsh Xi’an is willing to make efforts to improve the brand value and jointly create a golden business card with an excellent administrative service team.
