On the afternoon of August 16th, Mr. Cai Chunlei, the Senior Partner of Jingsh Law Firm and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department of Non-performing Assets, was invited to Jingsh Xi’an, and gave a special lecture on “the tour of exploring non-performing assets” in the multifunctional hall of Jing’sh Xi’an. At the same time, Ms. Liu Jia, the Vice President of Tian Jin Financial Assets Exchange, was also invited. The lecture forced on the study and discussion of “exploring non-performing assets”.

  At the beginning of the meeting, on behalf of the presented guests in the lecture, Li Hao, the Director of Jingsh Xi’an welcomed Mr. Cai Chunlei and Ms. Liu Jia, and made a brief introduction to Jingsh Xi’an. Then, Mr. Cai Chunlei started the lecture to enthusiastic applause.

When talking about “how to deal with non-performing assets”, with the “legendary weapons” in Water Margin, Mr. Cai Chunlei combined the detailed explanation of the “legendary weapons” with real cases to condense his valuable experience in the past years into a brilliant lecture. In the interactive session, Mr. Cai Chunlei presented the lucky guest with the work edited by him--The Tour to Exploring Non-Performing Assets.

  Afterwards, Ms. Liu Jia, the Vice President of Tian Jin Financial Assets Exchange introduced the innovative comprehensive solution of the “structured transaction of non-performing assets”, and said that this solution can fundamentally resolve the risk of difficult disposal of non-performing assets in the financial institutions. Ms. Liu Jia told about how they respond to issues about non-performing assets through their cases.
