Beijing Jingshi Law Firm Xi’an Office (hereinafter refers to as “Jingsh Xi’an”) is a comprehensive legal service institution authorized by the Department of Justice of Shaanxi Province, and is the first regional center of Beijing Jingshi Law Firm in the northwest China.

Service Center of Administration

An administrative service center is set up in the southeast corner of Jingsh Xi’an. As a department providing comprehensive services for lawyers, it mainly deals with administrative management, financial management and daily affairs, working as a bridge for communication, coordination, and connection among all parties. The center guarantees the smooth operation of various businesses including the acceptance and registration of cases, business processing of tax declaration, on-site charges and invoices issuing of the financial department, network monitoring and debugging, receiving of daily office supplies, and the maintenance of related items in the firm.

Court Of Monitoring

The moot court is often considered as a test tool for law beginners. A moot court is set up in the southwest corner of Jingsh Xi’an for clients to make the right risk assessment for litigation expectation and to help lawyers improve their professional skills. This solemn form of courting, on the one hand, will enable the beginners to enjoy and learn the court procedures, and finally cultivate excellent young lawyers, and on the other hand, it is a great place for debate to fully demonstrate the application of laws by new lawyers. The moot court can provide opportunities for the lawyers to get rid of the predicament of being involved in the cases and deal with the cases from different perspectives.

Public Relaxing Area

Jingsh Xi’an sets the most open area of the entire department as a public area for people to rest. Looking at the north from the window, people can see the famous Fengqing Park. The public area is mainly used for visitors and lawyers to take a break during the work time. It is a comfortable place for negotiation and a best place for lawyers to receive customers where daily tea drinks and easy meals are provided for customers.

Multifunctional Assembly Room

Jingsh Xi’an has a multifunctional hall that can hold nearly 100 people, which facilitates the daily academic exchanges such as lectures and conferences. A projector and a high-resolution LED screen are presented in the hall to make presentation of pictures and videos. The conference hall has hidden partitions and can be divided into three small conference rooms as needed for the lawyer teams to have meetings and discuss cases.
